so this is the first "uploaded" version of the project, v0.1.0
i was supposed to submit it during a meeting with my professor on monday but i did a big stupid and misread the appointment end time as the start time
anyway this version of the game is barely playable, so ignore it and i'll upload today's version in a bit (which is still barely playable but less so)
